Very clean, across from South Town Beach. Colin the proprietor was excellent! Close to many good restaurants and vineyards. Kitchen facilities very convenient

Collin who is the general manager was absolutely amazing!
One of the few places left on the North Fork where one doesn't have to pay exuberant rates for the weekend and still enjoy the comfort. The rooms are comfortable and large, very neat, comfy beds, small kitchen with coffee and a fridge. Wonderful beach right across the road where you can swim comfortably without huge ocean waves. The location is perfect! We visited several wineries, went to Duryea's in Orient Point, had breakfast in Greenport, got lunch from Southold Seafood market - just wonderful. And Collin at the front desk is just the sweetest and kindest person ever!
Colin at the front desk is very friendly and helpful with transportation, activities and dining suggestions. Great location across from the town beach, Greenport and wineries. Comfortable beds, great hot water and very clean.
This place was very clean, very neat. It had a great location and a cool 1950s vibe. The rooms had regular sized fridges and and a stove. It was a charming place and great deal. Owner was very nice, helpful.

Colin was a sweetheart and so Accommodating. He was so friendly and upgraded Us to a Better room.
First of all, Colin, the hotel manager was wonderful from the moment we booked the reservation. Very helpful and very friendly. The hotel has been updated since a million years ago when we first stayed there, small kitchenette was nice, but the location is everything.
